We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team at our New Pioneer Place Mall location in downtown Portland and also at our new store in Clackamas Town Center Mall!
Pay is hourly plus daily and monthly bonuses and incentives, 401K, and employee discounts.
Associate Responsibilities:
Meet & Exceed daily sales goals
Drive traffic to the store
Customer follow up
Maintain store appearance
Qualifications:
1+ yrs experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Bilingual (required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Reliable
Coachable
